Back when I was a kid, I would always play video games with my brother when we got home from school. It was something we would always look forward to during the school day. As I grew older, I became busier and couldn't play with him as much but he continued to play the games just as much, if not more. Gradually, I saw him delve further and further into these games until he got addicted. I witnessed his demeanor and behaviors change as the days went on. He became more irritated and aggressive in his behavior towards others. He would easily snap at people, even his own family. This is when I realized there was something negatively impacting his behavior. I realized it had to be the video games he played every single day. This led me to question the impact violent video games have on the psychological behavior of teenage gamers.
